Assistant Brand Manager

Rate: £340.19 – 403.70 via umbrella inside IR35
Hours: 9am – 6pm
The Premium Gin ABM role requires a highly creative marketer with a positive mindset and a can do attitude. Made up of a portfolio of brands: smaller brands (Chase / Aviation) and more established ones like Tanqueray, it requires real ownership of the plans, from strategy through to execution. An ability to build relationships across the business and through agencies is key to its success. Social Content creation is a plus, so it is a fantastic role for anyone with creative flair and with experience in marketing that is looking to develop their creative skills.
They must help drive;
- Recruitment and re-recruitment in an increasingly competitive environment
- Continue to drive ROI on our brands A&P spend to build business belief
- Build strong relationships with the commercial teams on the ground to deliver above and beyond AOP. This person will lead comm projects, so will actually have the opportunity to influence how our brands show up in this channel.
- Drive fame for Premium Gins in GB – making it top of mind for our commercial teams during the key sales period.
- For the right candidate there is the opportunity to take ownership of marketing channels and have real accountability.
Key Projects:
- Lead Premium Gin Budgeting
- Lead the social and media plan execution on Tanqueray
- Lead Social development for Tanqueray
- Lead D-COM on Tanqueray and Chase
- Lead the execution of Chase Digital/D2C content
- Lead Experiential and sampling strategy and development for our brands
- Manage the relationship with agencies (Unit, Orphans) to unlock resource and create a smooth working relationship to ensure that deadlines are being met.
- Monitor Premium Gin brand’s performance and feedback during Team sessions.
- Ensure that the Premium Gin team has outing to the on trade.
- Boost internal engagement with our brands.

- The right candidate will have great creative judgment and have good compelling brand storytelling capabilities and proven track record on delivery of this.

- They will need the ability to remain resilient and proactive, being a real champion for the brand.
- Ruthless prioritisation will be required + and high accountability

Education:
- Higher Education – University completed
- 2-4 years work experience
