Position : Corporate Reception / Front of House

Salary – Hourly – £ 19.50

Location : Central London
Our client is a high profile company in the Corporate sector. The ideal candidate may be available immediately or with a short notice, this role will be 5 days office based Monday to Friday in Central London. Previous experience in Corporate Reception or Corporate Front of House could be highly advantageous.
Duties will include ( but not limited to ) :
- As part of a team, Manage the day to day running of the reception and reception area
- Welcome all visitors, assisting as necessary, and logging visitor details & issuing passes.
- Ensure that reception and waiting area is welcoming and tidy at all times
- Answer the switchboard and deal with enquiries.
- Process post, including franking and dealing with incoming and outgoing courier packages
- Document and manage off-site storage
- Maintain staff diary
- Order stationary
- Other tasks, including fire warden duties, arranging transport for staff and visitors.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role within the corporate sector ( ideally )
- Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook and Excel
