First of all, we treat our people like the grown-ups they are. We’re open and honest in the way we deal with each other (just as we are with our clients in fact). We give our people the freedom to make decisions based on their own judgement and professional knowledge.
We’re also open to new ideas. Genuinely. Just because something’s ‘always been done that way’ doesn’t necessarily make it right. So bring us your fresh thinking, and we’ll listen.
While it might sound a bit trite to say this is a ‘happy team’, it’s true all the same. And we think a lot of that’s down to valuing people as individuals. Everyone has something different to bring, and we think that pigeonholes are best left for the pigeons.
