A pioneering global brand are looking for 2 temporary members of staff to work in a busy sales support environment. The assignments are due to run for 3-6 months initially, but may extend on further if you are successful.

Duties to include:

* Scanning order forms onto the Oracle system
* Accurate CRM system management and ensuring all orders are input correctly
* Creating customer master records & shipping orders using Oracle
* Dealing with enquiries from sales people, along with internal & external customers
* Following up on existing orders
* Resolving billing issues.

It will be crucial to your success in this role that you have a good understanding of the ORACLE financials computer system. Minimal training will be available due to the temporary nature of the role.
