A brand new position has become available at an exciting Broadcasting organisation. Based in West London, the role will require you to support the HR Director for the EMEA and A-Pac regions. As Compensation Manager you will provide advice, management and administration of all compensation issues.

Reporting into the Senior Vice President (International), you will also have a dotted line to the Vice President of Compensation and Benefits (global, based in the US). The role involves management and administration of expatriate secondment packages, and playing a key role in the implementation of guidelines for annual salary/bonus reviews. You will also lead coordination of any exceptional employee income tax related activities and liaise with payroll in the UK and the finance team both in the UK and India.

Specific duties include liaising with external advisors for compensation issues, managing currency fluctuation updates and coordinating information and instructions to ensure appropriate tax refunds are filed. You must also manage instructions for payment of professional fees, and will follow through salary and benefits reviews to final recommendation and take on board communication and implementation of any changes. There will also be a high involvement with research and salary benchmarking, monitoring the international organisations salary structures. Developing an understanding of local or exceptional pay practices in territories outside the UK and US, you will formulate recommendations and lead coordination of any exceptional employee income tax related activities.

Applicants must have demonstrable experience as a compensation specialist at Senior Analyst/Manager level. You must be familiar with dealing in multiple currencies and have a track record of sustaining an organised and methodical approach under pressure. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential, and you must be highly organised with confidence in gathering and analysing data.
