We are on the hunt for a corporate communications professional with previous experience working in media, entertainment or broadcast. Our client is an exciting company who own some of the most recognisable brands in entertainment.

Reporting into the Head of PR, you will be responsible for;
• Implementing corporate and trade communications strategy to build the organisations profile among key opinion formers
• Devise and implement awards strategy
• Build profile of key spokespeople – exploit all speaking/interview opportunities
• Manage sponsorship packages
• Work with the Head of PR to manage corporate press launches
• Work with Head of PR to oversee Internal Comms strategy
• Evaluate corporate press activity, producing coverage reports and presenting them to the senior executive team as appropriate
• Line manage the Internal Comms Executive and Communications Assistant
• Manage external PR agency on corporate projects (where appropriate)
• Manage corporate budget
• Work with Head of PR and Head of Regulatory to devise and implement public affairs comms strategy
• Build external corporate contacts – manage all corporate/opinion former mailing lists
• Identify, develop, distribute and manage weekly trade stories with stakeholders internally and externally to maintain and build the company’s profile
We are looking for someone with substantial public relations experience ideally gained in a corporate media/TV/entertainment environment with strong trade and national media contacts.
You must have a proven ability to identify and publicise news stories with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
