Senior Advertising Sales Manager.

Our client is one of the market leaders in moving image advertising, providing airtime and high profile platforms for prestigious brands.

They are now looking for a talented Senior Advertising Sales Manager, who will lead and motivate a team to deliver revenue in accordance with targets.

Key responsibilities and Duties for this role will include:

• Deliver National Sales revenue in line with the targets set

• Administration of accurate group sales figures including booked business and forecast projections

• Achievement of revenue in accordance with agency trading parameters

• Manage agency performance with regards to deal parameters to include pricing, delivery and PCCs.

• Develop business plans for group, utilising relevant departments to identify clear objectives and timeframes

• Build productive working relations with Client, Creative, Marketing and Research teams

• Ensure implementation to agreed standards

• Develop good working relationships with agencies and key personnel

• Direct and oversee group to maintain current spenders together with agreed strategy of nurturing identified new business

• Monitor and direct the negotiation of business within the group to maximise efficient and effective return
with adherence to agreed trading parameters

• Approve campaigns from team to ensure accuracy of all bookings and ensure accurate reconciliation with Finance

• Detailed knowledge of all agencies in portfolios structure (including planning and buying strategies)

• Comprehensive understanding of trading parameters and marketplace

• Appreciation and understanding of wider market and new media innovations

• Undertake projects and other ad hoc duties as required

• Set clear and tangible objectives for team as agreed with Commercial Director, documented and monitored through regular reviews
