Rare opening for a Technical Recruitment & HR manager to join this digital media company. This is an excellent opportunity for an in house IT / Tech Recruiter looking to expand their HR remit within this innovative and growing business.

Reporting directly to the COO, the role will be split 70 / 30, with the main remit being resourcing; the remainder will be spent managing the HR side.

Key Accountabilities:

Responsibility for recruiting across all departments in the UK and Europe. Roles vary within the technical and ops arena.
Screen CVs and perform initial stage interviews.
Build a database of high calibre candidates and use innovative talent attraction methods to recruit people into the business.
Work with the legal team to guarantee that contacts and offers are correct.
Run assessment days and continuously evolve the in house testing
Conduct inductions for all new staff and work on developing the process as and when needed.
Be aware of new starters and make sure that 3 month probation forms are sent out to line managers on time
Make sure that, with the help of the HR consultant, all personnel files are accurate and up to date.
Organise and manage the annual and bi annual appraisal procedure.
After identifying training needs, implement them into the budget and action.
Assist with ER issues
For this role, it is imperative that you have experience recruiting into the online, IT, tech and Ops space. You will also be degree educated and be CIPD qualified; part qualified or aspire to complete it.
