Leading Media Creative Agency are looking for a Receptionist/Facilities Manager to provide an excellent office/facilities support to the company. Key duties will include being the first point of contact to the company, running the reception area, ensuring that the front of house area is presentable at all times, managing compliance administration & involvement projects, ordering of stationary and office/kitchen supplies, liaising with landlord/suppliers/maintenance, act as Health & Safety and Fire Warden for the office and other ad hoc duties. You will be well presented, have great attention to detail and be an excellent communicator. Candidates must also be great improving processes and problem solving. Previous Reception/office management experience gained from a creative environment is essential. This role will pay circa 25k depending on experience.
