A prestigious media organisation is looking for an immediately available Part-Time Purchase Ledger Clerk for a fixed-term contract role in their Middlesex office
DUTIES TO INCLUDE:
•High volume invoice processing
•Dealing with supplier queries promptly
•Matching, batching & coding of invoices
•Processing BACS & cheque payments
•Reconciling supplier statements
•Other ad hoc duties as required
KEY COMPETENCIES:
•A strong track record working with high volume invoice processing – Desirable
•Experience working for a fast-paced media company – Essential
•Good all round IT & systems skills – Required
•Experience using JD Edwards accounts package – Highly advantageous

Package: Up to £24k (pro rata), dependant on experience
