An exciting media company are looking for a fantastic HR Manager to take on in a part time position. This permanent role will see you get involved in all aspects of HR.

Working closely with the management team, this stand alone role will see you covering recruitment, remuneration, ER issues and also performance management. You will be expected to manage the entire recruitment process, sourcing agencies and also handling direct recruitment. Managing all benefits, you will review benefits and salaries, supporting the Finance SVP.

Dealing with ER issues you will provide advice across all areas from maternity to absence, also managing performance and tracking the probation process. There will also be the opportunity to be involved with various projects such as developing the employee intranet and supporting international offices with HR advice.

Applicants must have extensive experience as an HR professional, with proven experience managing the disciplinary procedure, and managing recruitment. You MUST have working knowledge of UK employment law and be a confident decision maker.
