Global Organisation, with innovation at its core, is looking for an IT Resourcer to join initially on a long term contract. .

As a Resourcer you will be responsible for investigating creative ways of sourcing new talent for your business area. You will become a search expert, getting to understand the hiring needs and role specifications. Supporting the specialist Recruiters, you will be required to screen candidate CVs, conduct telephone interviews and managing expectations along the way.

Working in a results driven and fast paced team, you will be expected to work on volume recruitment. You must be able to work under pressure and also react quickly to changes. Flexibility in your approach to work is essential. You must be a problem solver and be driven by creativity.

For this role, it is essential that you have experience sourcing and recruiting into the IT field and be passionate about candidate sourcing.

This would be a fantastic role for an IT Resorucer who currently works in an agency and looking at making the move in house.
