Leading Media organisation is looking for a HR Team Leader to manage their HR services team.

You will help lead and supervise an effective HR Services Function, which will include the delivery of a full range of HR and Payroll administration processes. Managing three direct reports, you will need to ensure confidentiality is adhered to at all times, and manage the workflow effectively but making sure operational procedures are in place.

Any performance issues within the HR services team will be managed by the HR Team Leader, and be the contact for all escalation queries within the team. You will liaise with HR Business Partners in the wider business, building relationships and ensuring the services team is operating at full potential. The supervision of payroll will also fall to you, along with tracking the eligibility for benefits.

Applicants must have knowledge of ADPfreedom, and have experience managing payroll processes. Team leader experience is essential, and must be able to work in a pressured environment.
