Leading Media Organisation is looking for a HR Manager to join on a 12 mth FTC
Looking after two of their key client groups, your remit will be broad and generalist and will encompass everything from ER to Talent to Development and Reward. Key responsibilities will include leading on complex ER and change management initiatives, managing performance, working with business leads to roll out talent management and partnering stakeholders in driving strategy.
Experience wise, you’ll need to be confident managing the entire generalist piece with your experience ideally gained with a commercial environment. With this, you’ll need to be CIPD (or equivalent) and have a passion for the media industry.
