Sitting as part of a large HR Projects team and working with several Senior HR Business Partner’s you will help support various change management initiatives spanning TUPE, restructures & redundancies, across all departments within this large matrixed business. With this, you will also support on complex ER cases including performance management.
It is essential that you are:
• Currently working in an ER heavy role within a matrixed, commercial organisation
• Have worked in a FMCG/media/tech/new media environment
• Are an HR professional that thinks commercially
• Ambitious and looking to make your mark in an organisation that believes in high performance
The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified or have relevant work experience. They will be a talented individual with excellent investigative skills and have experience of creating and implementing people policies. This strong team player will be a confident relationship builder.
