Leading Communications Group is looking for a HR Advisor to join their UK HR Team.

Reporting into one of the HR Managers, you will support one of the agencies clients groups (c.250 emp) working across the entire generalist spectrum. You’ll be responsible for taking the lead on day to day ER (performance, disciplinary, grievance etc) and support on the more complex cases such as redundancy and restructures. With this, you’ll work closely with recruitment and development to ensure talent management initiatives are rolled out across the business groups. They’ll also be loads of scope to get involved in projects.

Experience wise, you’ll need to be currently operating at HR Advisor level and be confident working in a fast paced, commercial media environment
