You will be knocked out by the brilliant HR Director you’ll be working with at this high profile agency. The company believes in their people, their development and being the best they can be. Their refreshing entrepeneurial approach means that HR gets involved with everything and is at the forefront of its business and people strategy.

Most importantly because communication is considered all important, there is not an ER heavy bias to this role. This means you can get involved with great projects such as helping to develop their talent academy and bringing in new recruitment tools.

As part of a team of 3, you will also help mentor the HR administrator and come up with ideas that makes HR great. Its important that you have worked in a media/creative arena and have solid HR Advisory experience.
