A prestigious Music brand is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk for a permanent role based in their busy London office. This is a challenging role, working in a fast-paced environment where professionalism, teamwork and organisation are all of paramount importance.

You will have demonstrable high volume invoice processing/query resolution experience, as well as a very strong understanding of IT & finance based computer packages.

Duties to include:

•High volume invoice processing for multiple European territories
•Complex query resolution
•Updating vendor master data on financial systems
•Using Microsoft Dynamics to manage the weekly payment cycle for petty cash and expenses
•Completing designated balance sheet reconciliations
•Other ad hoc finance support & project work
Key Competencies:

•Degree level education (or equivalent) -Desirable, but not essential
•A sound theoretical understanding of Accounts Payable, backed up with practical experience – Essential
•Great customer service & communication skills (internal & external) – Essential
•First rate IT/systems experience – Required
•Familiar with all Microsoft Office applications – Essential
•Good communications skills – Required
•European language skills – Advantageous
