Our client is a multi-award winning top tech communications agency which is growing faster than Father Christmas’s belly on Xmas eve!
They are looking for a b2b tech specialist with an entrepreneurial spirit to jump into the driver’s seat and navigate the team through a whirlwind of new business.

Reporting into the MD, you will help develop business prospects and growth for your team as well as assisting the MD in creating a fourth team (due to the rapid expanse of the company through new business wins).

As well as having your hands full within this London-based office, you will have the opportunity to work across the wider group at some of the company’s sister agencies, helping to impact upon key process including culture, HR and new business.
You will be intelligent and highly creative and must show that you have the ability to lead successful pitches from brief to presentation.

Key skills and experience

• Experience managing P+L for growing teams
• A passion for strategising technology campaigns
• Experience managing people, budgets, clients and b2b accounts
• A driven individual who is keen to progress their careers as well as nurturing the growth of their team
• Thoughtful, creative, and a ‘doer’
