Our client is an award-winning communications agency which offers integrated communications strategy across a range of sectors and they are looking for a stellar Account Director to join their team and grab the reigns.

You will be the most senior person in a client-facing role for the Technology team. Your role will predominantly be one of team and business management, as opposed to campaign execution. As such you will be adept at delegating and will truly understand your team in order to identify the strengths and weaknesses of team members. This will enable you to match each individuals skill-set to the needs of your various clients.

You will be responsible for managing the business unit. This means that you will be managing budgets, managing client relationships and helping to advise clients on PR requirements but also marketing strategy.

Key requirements:

• Solid experience in an account/senior account manager role
• Demonstrably able to manage budgets and resources
• Strong people management skills
• Solid writing skills
• The ability to support new business initiatives and identify new growth opportunities
• Advanced presentation skills
