Our comprehensive approach to contingency recruitment focuses on delivery. We use a variety of search methods to find the right candidate for you:
- Our Network. We have thousands of active candidates registered with us. We meet each and every person, which means you can be confident that we’ll only ever put a candidate forward if we think they’re the right person for the job.
- Advertising. We advertise roles where they can be found. This includes at least four different job boards and relevant industry sites, with no additional cost to you.
- Headhunting. We know that sometimes the best candidate for the role won’t be actively looking. That’s why we source the most relevant individuals, whether they’re currently registered with us or not.
By committing to a percentage of the fee upfront, a retained campaign gives you access to all our contingency methods and a lot more besides. This is usually the best approach when you have:
- A specialist role with a limited number of candidates in the talent pool.
- A confidential role.
- Tight timescales.
At Career Moves, we embrace diversity and continue to develop a business culture that reflects this. We are committed to promoting diversity for all employees, workers and applicants, and regularly review our recruitment methods to avoid unlawful or undesirable discrimination.
We treat everyone equally irrespective of sex, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, marital or civil partnership status, age, disability, colour, race, nationality, ethnicity, religious beliefs, political beliefs, membership to a Trade Union or spent convictions, and all staff are obliged to respect and act in accordance with the policy.
