You will be responsible for Flex/ Voluntary Bens, Salary Benchmarking, Bonus Plans and Exec Bonus Planning, Annual Salary reviews etc. You will manage a more junior C and B specialist. It is essential that you can demonstrate strong technical C and B knowledge ( ideally gained in a corporate/ plc or consultancy environment ). Your expereince must show that you have delivered in C&B areas such as design/ operation of annual and long term incentive plans, job evaluation systems and employee bens. Ideally you will have some expereince of collective bargaining ( unions/employee forums) and exposure to negotiations of pay and terms and conditions. A demostrable ability to wotk as a self starter, first class communication, presentation and analytical skills along with a persuasive influencing style are essential. Must have knowledge of HR Best Practice initiatives and a good knowledge of employment law. CIPD qualification or equivalent work experience.

A leading media conglomerate based in Central London have the need for an HR Advisor to partner with the number of small PR agencies that fall under the corporate umbrella organisation. Reporting into the Head of HR and along side a peer group of HR Advisors, this is a totally generalist role. In a entirely business facing capacity you will be responsible for providing advice to the business on a range of hr issues from ER to Recruitment, performance management to change management. Given the nature of the client group, you must have strength on personality and confidence in your ability to advise on any given ER situation or scenario. You will also be responsible for all recruitment, T&D coordination and comp & bens queries. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is a credible hr advisor who would like to move into more a business partnering role.
