Recruitment Support
Managing the joiner process, including; on boarding, inductions and probation periods
Benefits administration
Support the HR Advisors and HR Managers on ER issues (note taking on disciplinary and grievance meetings for example)
Managing the Leavers, including exit interviews
For this role you must have solid HR generalist experience (not necessarily from media), be an excellent communicator and be comfortable working in very high pressured environment.
